Ingredients
1/4 Cup Wholegrain Oats
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Chopped Nuts (almonds or cashews)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tsp Honey
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 a Banana
Method
Combine all ingredients (excluding Banana) in a bowl and mix well.
Place into an air tight container and put in the fridge.
After 30 minutes, stir mixture and place back in the fridge. Leave overnight.
Stir before eating, and top with fresh Banana.
