Wholemeal Pita Pockets
Cooked Chicken Breast
Tomato Paste
Baby Spinach
Sundried Tomatoes or regular Tomatoes
Light Feta Cheese or Tasty Cheese
Light Aoli, Mayo or your favourite sauce!
Method
Spread a small amount of tomato paste onto Wholemeal Pita
Add cooked chicken, baby spinach, tomatoes and cheese
Drizzle your choice of sauce over mini pizza
Cook under grill for 5-8 minutes or until warmed / cheese melted
