Ingredients
1 Cup Oat Flour (blend wholegrain oats to make flour)
2 scoops (80g) Chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp Cacao powder
1-2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup (depending on sweetness preference)
2 Tbsp Liquid Coconut Oil
Shredded Coconut (to roll balls in!)
Method
Combine all ingredients (excluding shredded coconut) & mix well.
Add small amounts of water until desired consistency is reached.
Roll mixture into firm balls.
Roll through coconut.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
