Ingredients
Cooked Chicken Breast (sliced)
Sliced Tomato
Sliced Beetroot
Fresh Baby Spinach
1 Avocado
1 Lemon
Rye or Wholemeal Wrap
Method
In a small bowl, mash 1/4 Avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and pinch of salt.
Layer your Wholegrain or Rye wrap with Chicken, Tomato, Beetroot, Spinach and Avocado mixture.
