Ingredients
40 grams (or 1 scoop) protein powder
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
2-3 Tbsp Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Chopped Nuts (almonds or cashews)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries or Strawberries
Method
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in an air tight container and place in the fridge.
After 30 minutes, stir again and place back into the fridge. Leave overnight.
Stir before eating.
